According to gaia admin, I traded an item with someone who paid me fake gaia gold. From their end, they look at the whole process like I knew the buyer since the buyer was on my friend's list. How on earth will I know she was using illegal gold. :/

I'm wondering how someone can get fake gold unless that's the one where buying/selling for real money took place. Either way, yeah, that's really unfortunate and quite unfair on your end. It can't be expected that you'd be totally aware especially if that illegal gold has been making rounds already without your actual knowledge. :<

Is there any another way to file a ticket of some sort so the case may be looked into further?

I talked with fellow gaians who faced similar situation and one of them told me this also happened to him. Gaia gave back his account after one year lol. Within that one year, he pretty much move on with his new account. It was an unfair justice on my part as they just banned my account without prior notice. At least, give me a chance to hear my side. Oh well, I filed a ticket and God knows, I had to wait till 50 years before something else will come up. I honestly get over with it. But it surely dampened my spirit to hang on Gaia. All those wasted time and efforts earning gold and getting items was not an easy task. :/
